OLD FOX COTTAGE

Old Fox Cottage has been lovingly refurbished by the owners to provide a high quality holiday home, which has been tastefully decorated throughout in restful shades of duck egg blue and cream, which complements the exposed stonework and oak beams

The cottage is located in the heart of the village and is within walking distance of the famous Fleece Inn and the local post office/stores.  Bretforton is a pretty village and is 3 miles from Broadway, 3 miles from Evesham and is also within easy driving distance of Stratford upon Avon and Warwick

SITTING ROOM with stone fireplace with electric stove.  TV/DVD player.  Freeview digibox.  DVDs for hire from local store. Radio/CD player . 

KITCHEN with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with large icebox

UTILITY ROOM with washer/drier

DINING CONSERVATORY with doors to pretty landscaped garden

BATHROOM with roll top bath, large shower subicle, wash hand basin and WC

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM 1 with 5' double bed. Flat screen TV/DVD

BEDROOM 2 with twin beds

*Saturday changeover on weekly bookings - may be flexible on some dates - please ask
*Short Breaks available from October until May (excluding Half Terms, Christmas, New Year and Easter) to start on any day - 3 nights 65% and 4 nights 75% of the full weekly price

*Parking on the roadside outside the cottage or in the village square

*Strictly no smoking inside the cottage please - this is a condition of the owners' insurance policy as the cottage is thatched
