BRIGADOON, BROADWAY

Brigadoon is a charming detached  period property, built of Cotswold stone, which has been recently renovated and furnished to a high standard by the present owners. The cottage has 2 ensuite bedrooms and is located  in a quiet lane off the Upper High Street in Broadway yet within a 5 minute stroll of the shops, bars and restaurants in the village centre

The cottage offers high quality accommodation, including some original features as well as a modern fitted kitchen and newly fitted ensuite shower rooms.  There is also a charming courtyard garden with table and chairs and parking for 2 cars inside the gated access

Broadway is an ideal location from which to explore the Cotswold villages as well as the larger towns  of Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Cheltenham Spa

SITTING ROOM with Cotswold stone fireplace and wood burning stove.   Flatscreen TV with Freeview and DVD
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with range style cooker with gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher.  Tables and chairs seating 4 people.   Cupboard with Boiler and washer/drier
CLOAKROOM with WC and wash hand basin.

FIRST FLOOR:
BEDROOM 1 with 5' King sized DOUBLE BED  DAB  radio/alarm/CD player
ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM with large shower cubicle with rainforest shower, wash hand basin and WC
BEDROOM 2 6' DOUBLE BED which can be arranged as two 3' TWIN BEDS
ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM with large shower cubicle with rainforest shower, wash hand basin and WC

OUTSIDE
Courtyard garden with table and chairs

PARKING for 2 cars in courtyard which has lockable wrought iron gates

*Saturday changeover on weekly bookings, but may be flexible on some dates please ask

*Not suitable for pets
*Short breaks available from October until May (excluding Half term, Christmas, New Year and Easter) to start on any day - 3 nights 65% and 4 nights 75% of the full weekly price
*No smoking inside the cottage please 

Please confirm on booking whether you want the second bedroom made up as a double or a twin room
