When you have selected your holiday property please contact us to check
availability for the dates you require.
Payment can be made by cheque made payable to Cotswold Property Lettings or
credit/debit card or sterling bank draft for overseas bookings.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES
Unless otherwise stated lettings commence at 3.00 p.m. on the first day of the holiday and end at 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure. This ensures that the Owner or housekeeper has time to prepare the property and makes for a smooth changeover between guests. Please confirm time of arrival with the Owner or housekeeper a few days before the start date of the holiday.
ACCESS AND PARKING
Please refer to individual property descriptions for parking availability and access. Please contact us if you need more detailed information.
Changeover day is Friday or Saturday as stated in the property description.
Short breaks may be available at some properties. A full list of properties, prices and availability can be found on our Short Breaks page. Please note that full payment is required at the time of booking on all Short Break holidays.
The property will be cleaned between lets and there is no extra charge for this service unless extra, heavy cleaning is required after you leave.
Some Owners provide linen and/or towels but please check on each property's description page. Please supply all linen, duvets and blankets for cots.
COTS AND HIGHCHAIRS
Some Owners provide cots and/or highchairs and this will be stated in the property description, otherwise we can arrange to hire a cot and/or highchair for you at an additional cost of £15 per item. Please confirm when making a booking if you require these facilities.
Where electricity, gas and heating are included in the rental this will be stated in the property description.
If pets are allowed it will be stated in the property description. Please note that a pet, possibly the Owner's, may have been in the property even if it states in the property description that they are not allowed.
Some Owners operate a no smoking policy inside the property and this is stated in the property description. This is not meant to be discriminatory but is for the comfort of all guests.
Please notify us if anyone in your party has any special requirements, such as mobility problems, so that we can advise you if the property is suitable for your needs. Although some of our properties may have downstairs bathrooms or bedrooms, please note that none of them are specifically adpated for the disabled or wheelchair access.
Many of the properties which we let on behalf of our owners are period or older properties and they may have steep and winding staircases, low beams as well as uneven floors or steps. If any member of your party is elderly or infirm or you have young children please speak to a member of our staff prior to booking to ensure that the property is suitable for your needs.
