CHURCH VIEW COTTAGE is an 18^th Century period cottage which has been tastefully refurbished and furnished to an excellent standard, whilst retaining original features such as flagstone floors, stone walls and window seats.

The cottage is situated in a quiet location in the picturesque village of Chipping Campden, which  has an excellent range of bars and restaurants as well as specialist shops and galleries, and is an ideal base from which to tour the surrounding cotswold villages and larger towns of Stratford on Avon, Oxford and Warwick

ACCOMMODATION

SITTING ROOM with log burning stove.  Initial supply of logs provided  TV/DVD. 

Two steps up to KITCHEN/DINING ROOM with electric cooker, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher.  There is an additional seating area in this room with sofa plus dining table and 4 chairs with window overlooking the garden.  There is a washing machine in the Garage at the rear of the property

FIRST FLOOR

LANDING with range of fitted wardrobes.   Three steps up from landing to main bedroom:

BEDROOM 1 with 4'6" double bed and

ENSUITE SHOWER ROOM with shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin

OUTSIDE

REAR GARDEN which is walled has been extensively landscaped to provide several interesting areas of garden including a patio with table and chairs.  There is a gate at the rear of the garden which leads out into the lane where there is a GARAGE which is suitable for small cars only and OFF ROAD PARKING SPACES for 2 cars.  There is a washing machine in the garage
