WREN COTTAGE is a charming 17th century Grade II listed thatched cottage which is located in a quiet backwater of Chipping Campden yet within walking distance of all the facilities of the village.

Chipping Campden has a good selection of restaurants, bars, shops and galleries and is close to various attractions such as Hidcote Manor and Kiftsgate Gardens, as well as the famous Pudding Club in nearby Mickleton.

The Cottage offers an extremely comfortable base for the single visitor or couple, from which to explore the local Cotswold villages as well as the larger towns of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Oxford and Cheltenham

SITTING ROOM with stone fireplace with wood burner effect electric stove. TV with DVD player.  Open plan to

KITCHEN with electric oven, hob, microwave, washer/drier, dishwasher, fridge with ice box

DINING AREA with table and seating for 2

Stairs to First Floor

BEDROOM with wrought iron framed double bed

BATHROOM with roll top bath, shower cubicle, wash hand basin and WC

PARKING on roadside close to cottage

*Sleeps 2 people in one double bedroom
*Bed linen and towels provided
*Electricity and gas central heating included
*Saturday Changeover on weekly bookings which may be flexible on some weeks - please ask
*Short breaks available from October - May (excluding half terms, Christmas, New Year and Easter) to start on any day - 3 nights 65% and 4 nights 75% of the weekly price
*Not suitable for pets
*Not suitable for children
*No smoking inside the cottage please

VISITOR COMMENTS
We have had a lovely break ... so relaxing.  The cottage met our expectations, very well equipped and comfortable.  Chipping Campden is we think by far the prettiest place!  We enjoyed a trip to Blenheim Palace and even got as far as London Zoo and Notting Hill - an experience!  Would recommend a bite to eat at 'Joel's' in Chipping Campden - had a lovely steak!  All in all thanks for recharging our batteries and giving us a memory to remember for a long time ..."

A wonderful cottage - very comfortable.  We bought a bird feeder from the neighbour selling them - but no birds yet!   A lovely tea at the Badger on the High Street."

"A beautiful cottage in a fantastic location - perfect for exploring Chipping Campden High Street as well as the walking routes.  Very comfortable stay, the cottage is traditional with great modern twists - we love the bathroom!  Highly recommend Noel Arms for food & drink, as well as Red Lion.  Thank you!"
 
"An excellent break - the cottage is superb and has everything you could possibly want.  It is so peaceful and the weather was outstanding.  We have enjoyed ourselves so much that we have already booked another break for later in the year - this time for one week.  Recommend trying some of the walks - the scenery and 'peace' are well worth it
 
Lovely cottage, very peaceful and relaxing - just what was needed for a long weekend.  Meals out in Chipping Campden excellent - The Red Lion and Hicks Brasserie .  Broadway very pretty and walk to Tower good, but a bit steep.  Lovely break - cottage had all we needed."
