DOVETAIL COTTAGE

This recently constructed cottage offers visitors the best of both worlds - stylish modern accommodation within the heart of this lovely cotswold village with its period architecture and miriad of galleries, specialist shops and restaurants

Dovetail Cottage has an open plan feel on the ground floor with brand new kitchen, sitting/dining room and cloakroom, whilst on the first floor there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and bathroom

KITCHEN with electric oven, gas hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/drier and microwave
CLOAKROOM with WC and wash hand basin
SITTING/DINING ROOM with stone  fireplace and electric flame effect fire, TV/DVD, CD player/radio

NB  NEW DINING CONSERVATORY TO BE ADDED FOR 2009

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM 1 with 5' double bed.  Hairdryer
BEDROOM 2 with double bed
BEDROOM 3 with single bed
BATHROOM with Bath, Shower cubicle, WC and Wash Hand Basin

OUTSIDE

Garden with patio with table and chairs
Parking space for one car with additional car parking in village pay and display car parks

*Short Breaks available to start on any day between October  and May (excluding Half Terms, Christmas, New Year and Easter) - 3 nights 65% and 4 nights 75% of the weekly price
*Cheltenham Gold Cup- 7th - 14th March 2009 - £750
*Saturday changeover on weekly bookings - may be flexible on some dates - please ask
*Sorry not suitable for pets
*No smoking inside the cottage please
