Description

St LUKES COTTAGE is a 19th Century period stone built cottage, with superb views over open countryside, as shown in the photograph above, and  is well equipped and tastefully furnished throughout.  The cottage is on the edge of the Cotswold Way footpath and there are some lovely walks to be enjoyed from the cottage

This very spacious cottage is situated in a quiet lane on the edge of Broadway  and is  within easy walking distance of the village shops, restaurants and bars.  The cottage offers an extremely comfortable base from which to explore the Cotswold villages of Chipping Campden, Moreton in Marsh, Stow on the Wold and the larger towns of Stratford upon Avon and Cheltenham Spa

SITTING/DINING ROOM with open fireplace (logs provided)  TV VIDEO  DVD.   CD/casette player Countryside views from windows front and rear

FIRST FLOOR

BEDROOM 1 with double bed.  Superb views over open countryside to the front
BEDROOM 2 with twin beds. Superb views over open countryside to the front
BATHROOM  with bath (over bath shower) Wc and wash hand basin

OUTSIDE

Large front garden with patio area with table and chairs  BAR-B-Q with lovely views across open countryside to the front (see photo below which is taken from the front garden of the cottage)

There is an  ENERGY PERFORMANCE CERTIFICATE available on this property for inspection

* Bed linen and towels provided
*Electricity and gas central heating included
*Parking for 2 cars
*Cot and high chair available for hire
**Saturday changeover for weekly bookings but may be flexible on some bookings - please ask
*Sorry not suitable for pets
*No smoking inside the cottage please

*Short Breaks available between October and May (excluding Half-Term, Christmas, New Year and Easter) to start on any day - 3 nights 65% and 4 nights 75% of the full weekly price
